Dr. Missale Solomon earned her medical degree from Jimma University in Ethiopia. She finished an Internal Medicine Residency and a Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. She also is a graduate of the Clinical Nutrition Fellowship for Physicians Program from the Nestle Nutrition Institute.
In addition to general gastroenterology and hepatology, Dr. Solomon has special interests in helping patients who have food intolerance, malabsorption, enteral feeding and celiac disease.
Dr. Solomon is board certified by the American Board of Gastroenterology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. She’s a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Gastroenterological Association, as well as the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and the American Society of Nutrition.
